Location: West Texas – Big Spring, Abilene, Olney, Brownwood, Snyder, TX

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and reliable masons, mason tenders, operators, and foremen to join our team for upcoming projects. Candidates should have strong masonry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform bricklaying, blocklaying, stone cutting, and shaping.
• Mix and pour concrete, mortar, and related materials.
• Operate masonry equipment safely and effectively.
• Assist with restoration, waterproofing, and surface preparation.
• Carry out finishing tasks such as troweling, edging, and jointing.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean worksite.
• Collaborate with supervisors and crew members to meet project goals.

Required Skills:

• Bricklaying & blocklaying
• Mortar mixing & concrete pouring
• Blueprint reading & building material knowledge
• Surface prep, waterproofing, and restoration
• Finishing techniques (floating, troweling, edging, jointing)
• Problem-solving & attention to detail
• Physical stamina and time management
• Strong teamwork & communication

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay: $20 – $30 per hour (based on experience & role)
• Start Date: September 15, 2025
• End Date: December 26, 2025
• Work Days: All days of the week
• Hours: 10 hours per day

Requirements:

• Must provide own steel-toe/composite safety shoes.
• Safety vest, glasses, and hard hat provided.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Masonry experience preferred; training may be available for general laborers.
