Responsibilities:

• Apply spray-applied fireproofing materials to structural steel and other surfaces.
• Prepare work areas by masking, protecting, and cleaning surfaces.
• Mix and operate fireproofing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company procedures.
• Work as part of a team to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Construction experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights when required.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Fireproofing Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Fireproofing Foreman to lead crews on commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of spray-applied fireproofing systems, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of fireproofing crews.
• Read blueprints and project specifications.
• Schedule work and ensure projects stay on time and within budget.
• Train and mentor crew members.
• Inspect work to ensure quality standards and compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with general contractors and project managers.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and company policies.
• Manage materials, equipment, and daily job site reports.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of fireproofing experience with leadership or foreman experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of spray-applied fireproofing materials and application methods.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA certification is a plus.
