General Construction Labor

Job Description:

FlexCrew is looking to provide 3-4 skilled general laborers for your upcoming project in Winston-Salem, NC. These laborers will support your team with a variety of tasks, including material handling, site preparation, and assisting skilled workers. We’re committed to providing reliable workers who can contribute to the success of your project from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials.
• Perform general labor tasks such as cleaning, digging, and lifting.
• Operate hand tools and equipment under supervision.
• Assist skilled workers with various duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Report any hazards or issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in general labor or construction is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to [X] lbs).
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and equipment is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and dependability.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Good communication skills and team player attitude.
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).

Pay Rate:

• $18–25/hr depending on experience and the specific needs of the project.
