Construction Multi-family Unit

We are a licensed general contractor and developer hiring for a private 6-story multifamily construction project in Los Angeles, CA 90004. We are seeking qualified craft workers for multiple phases of construction, including grading operators, general laborers, concrete workers, framing carpenters, electricians, and plumbers. Candidates must have active construction jobsite experience, strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.

Heavy Equipment Operator candidates must have experience with excavators and track loaders and must know grading, trenching, backfill, site prep, and daily equipment checks. We want workers who respect and properly care for company equipment.

Trade workers should have experience in their field, preferably on multifamily or commercial projects. OSHA 10/30 and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus.
