His career began humbly, laying bricks and blocks in his hometown in Ohio, working for local masonry contractors. However, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Damian soon ventured out on his own, founding Lang Masonry Contractors. Today, Lang Masonry stands as one of Ohio's largest masonry contracting companies.

With a steadfast commitment to safety, quality, and innovation, Damian has since expanded his influence across the United States, establishing and acquiring a diverse portfolio of companies. Among them are EZG Manufacturing and Malta Dynamics, both dedicated to producing high-quality safety, masonry, concrete, and fencing products, as well as custom manufacturing solutions. Damian also leads several other companies, including Lang Masonry, Buckeye Construction & Restoration, Wolf Creek Contracting, JVS Masonry, and 3 Promise Labor Services.

FlexCrew, a visionary project, emerged from Damian’s idea to revolutionize construction staffing. In collaboration with Alex, President of 3PLS, Damian envisioned creating an "Uber" for construction staffing. Today, FlexCrew is making that vision a reality.
