Reports To: Site Supervisor / Project Lead

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Install & General Laborer to join our team. This role supports installation of balconies, railings and related structural elements, as well as general labor tasks on job sites. You will assist experienced crews, handle materials, clean and prep work areas, load/unload trucks, follow safety protocols, and contribute to a smooth install process. Ideal candidates are physically fit, comfortable working outdoors (including heights), reliable with attendance, and eager to learn.

• Assist in the installation of balcony and railing systems: setting posts, aligning panels, fastening hardware, ensuring level/true installations.
• Load/unload materials and equipment at the job site and on trucks.
• Clean, prep and organize work areas: remove debris, maintain safe and orderly site.
• Carry, position and hold components and tools as directed by lead installers.
• Use basic hand tools (drills, fasteners, levels, etc.) and follow directions for equipment use.
• Travel to job sites in and around Columbus, Ohio (and occasionally Indiana) and work effectively in outdoor & variable weather conditions.
• Follow safety rules, use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), assist in securing the site at end of day.
• Maintain good communication with Site Supervisor, report any issues (material shortages, damage, safety concerns).
• Help with other general labor tasks as required (clean up, site setup, material staging, etc.)

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Prior experience in construction, installation, or general labor a strong plus; we will train motivated individuals.
• Comfortable working physically: lifting, carrying, standing for long periods, working at heights.
• Basic tool-handling skills and ability to take direction and follow plans.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel to job sites in Columbus region (and occasional Indiana) as required.
• Good attendance, punctuality, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a crew and support team goals.
