Role Description:

We are seeking dedicated Machine Operators to join our team in Greensboro, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machinery, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong mechanical skills and be able to work collaboratively to achieve production goals.

Experience Required: 

Operate a shearing machine to cut reinforcing steel bars to specific lengths.

Operate a bending machine to bend reinforcing steel bars to specified shape.

Operate overhead crane to move, assemble and select material to be fabricated or shipped.

Operate Automatic machine that cuts and bends reinforcing steel bars to specified shapes.

Unload trailers and store material in storage bins.

Assemble and load orders onto trailers for shipping.

Operate power saw for cutting reinforcing steel bars to specified lengths.

Maintain the shop or designated area in a clean and safe manner.

Assist other employees in any of the above tasks.

Operate fork lifts loading and unloading trailers. 

Work inside and outside. 

General labor. 

Qualifications:

- Strong mechanical aptitude

- Experience in quality control and machine setup

- Proficient in computer literacy

- Solid organizational and teamwork skills

- Basic math skills and ability to read blueprints
