We're hiring general laborers in the Marietta area. You don't need construction experience — you need to show up, work hard, and want to get better. We'll teach you the rest.

Plenty of people on our crews started exactly where you're standing.

What You'll Be Doing

• Moving and staging materials, tools, and equipment
• Helping carpenters, finishers, and operators with whatever the task calls for
• Digging, backfilling, grading, and hand work on site
• Assisting with concrete — prep, placement, pulling hose, shoveling, cleanup
• Setting up and tearing down forms, barricades, and safety controls
• Demo and debris removal
• Running hand tools and small power equipment as you're trained
• Daily site cleanup and housekeeping
• Wearing your PPE and looking out for the guy next to you

Who Fits

You'll do well here if you:

• Show up. On time, every scheduled day. This is the whole game.
• Can lift 50+ lbs and stay active through a full shift
• Are willing to work outside in heat, cold, and rain
• Follow directions and work well on a crew
• Have reliable transportation to the job site
• Are 18 or older and can pass pre-employment screening

No construction experience needed. If you've worked in a warehouse, on a farm, in a shop, in a kitchen, or anywhere that demanded showing up and working hard, that counts with us.

Helpful, not required: OSHA 10, valid driver's license, any tool experience, flagging or forklift certification.
