Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Laborer with experience in concrete construction to join our team in Athens, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and pouring of concrete for various construction projects.
Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools.
Perform tasks such as mixing, spreading, and finishing concrete.
Ensure the quality and accuracy of concrete work.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
Assist with other general labor tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience in concrete construction.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor.
Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in concrete construction or related field.
Experience with specialized concrete techniques and tools.
Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
