General Construction Labor

Job Description:

FlexCrew is looking for 3-4 skilled general laborers in Winston-Salem, NC. These laborers will support a team with a variety of tasks, including material handling, site preparation, and assisting skilled workers. We’re committed to providing reliable workers who can contribute to the success of a project from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials.
• Perform general labor tasks such as cleaning, digging, and lifting.
• Operate hand tools and equipment under supervision.
• Assist skilled workers with various duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Report any hazards or issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in general labor or construction is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 25 lbs).
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and equipment is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and dependability.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Good communication skills and team player attitude.
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).

Pay Rate:

• $18–25/hr depending on experience and the specific needs of the project.
