Project Description:

This project involves removing an existing vent fan and installing a new replacement unit. The scope includes connecting the new fan to the existing ductwork, testing the installation to ensure proper operation, and leaving the jobsite clean upon completion. Attic access to the fan location is available. Contractors must provide their own tools and ladder.

Materials Provided:

The new vent fan unit will be supplied as part of the project.

Compensation Structure:

Our company operates on a project‑based pay model, not hourly wages. Each job is quoted and compensated as a flat-rate project based on the estimated time required.

Total compensation for this project: $120.
