We're a Marietta-based construction company looking for carpenters who want steady hours without living out of a hotel. Every job we run is inside our local footprint — you're back at your own kitchen table for dinner.

What the Work Looks Like

Our carpenters handle a mix of rough and finish work depending on the job:

• Framing — walls, floors, roofs, wood and metal stud
• Layout from prints, and building off it accurately
• Forming and prep work on concrete scopes
• Doors, frames, hardware, trim, and millwork
• Drywall, ceilings, and interior build-out
• Decking, stairs, railings, and blocking
• Demo, punch list, and making the job right before it turns over
• Running your tools safely and keeping the site clean

Who Fits

You'll do well here if you:

• Have swung a hammer for a living — 2+ years in carpentry, commercial or residential
• Can read a tape accurately and work off a set of prints
• Own a basic set of hand tools
• Show up on time, ready to work, every scheduled day
• Can lift 50+ lbs, work on your feet all day, and handle weather
• Have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Can pass pre-employment screening

Helpful, not required: OSHA 10, apprenticeship or trade school, finish carpentry background, forklift or lift certification, concrete forming experience, welding.
