Concrete Finisher: Trowel, float, edge, and cure slab and vertical concrete; operate walk-behind & ride-on finishers; read grades & specs.$25 – $27/hr

Concrete Laborer: Site prep, form setup/strip, mixing & pouring, rebar tying, concrete cleanup; assist finishers and carpenters.$23 – $25/hr

Framer: Lay out, cut, and assemble wood or metal studs, joists, and formwork; interpret blueprints & use nail guns, saws, and levels.$24 – $27/hr

*Exact rate within the overall $23 – $27/hr range depends on experience, certs, and project location.

What You’ll Do

• Safety first: follow OSHA and site-specific protocols at all times.
• Quality work: deliver accurate measurements, clean edges, and structurally sound installs.
• Teamwork: communicate with superintendents, lead carpenters, and fellow crew to keep the schedule on track.
• Adaptability: shift between tasks or roles as project needs evolve—FlexCrew crews support each other.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience:
• Finishers—1+ years finishing flatwork or vertical pours
• Laborers—6+ months on concrete or demolition crews
• Framers—1+ years framing or form carpentry
• Physical readiness: lift 50 lbs+, stand/kneel/bend for long periods, work outdoors in varied weather.
• Tools & PPE: bring your basic hand tools; FlexCrew supplies hard hats, safety glasses, and high-viz gear.
• Transportation & work authorization: reliable ride to the jobsite and eligibility to work in the U.S.
• OSHA-10, First Aid/CPR, or NCCER certs are a plus (and boost your pay rate).
